AFTER: Since the home was in a young family neighborhood, we decided to stage this room as a colorful child's room. It took on a vibrant, fun energy.

BEFORE: Even the laundry room is important when staging a home.

AFTER: We cleaned it up and added a few fun accessories. Now it looks cheery and fun!

BEFORE: This cute Lafayette home was dated and boring and the entry space did not make a good first impression.

AFTER: An updated entry light and some art and accessories give buyers a wonderful first impression.

BEFORE: Too much furniture made this dining area feel cluttered and cramped.

BEFORE: Even after removing several pieces of furniture...the room did not feel welcoming or desirable.

AFTER: We used a few neutral, modern pieces of furniture from our inventory to help update the space.

AFTER: The red couch was moved from the living room. With a little artwork and greenery, the couch helps the yellow paint pop and gives the room the WOW factor it was missing.

BEFORE: The new stainless appliances were lost in this "beige" space.

AFTER: We added some cute stools and accessories...and it really helped showcase the kitchen.

BEFORE: The kitchen eating area was cluttered with too many plants.

AFTER: We replaced the old brass lamp and rented the sellers an updated kitchen set. The space was transformed.

BEFORE: This dirty sink and dated faucet distracted buyers from seeing this kitchen's potential.

AFTER: A little elbow grease and a new faucet made this kitchen sparkle. For less then $ 100, we were able to give this island a completely updated look!


BEFORE: The sitting room in this Erie Master bedroom seemed dark and small.

BEFORE: The home sellers cleaned out the area, but it still seemed dated and unwelcoming.

AFTER: Colorful new window panels and a new welcoming seating arrangement completely changed the look of this space.

BEFORE: This room was small and cramped and used as a catch all.

BEFORE: This laundry room needed a little organization and color.

BEFORE: This upstairs nook was filled with an older aquarium. There was a slight smell and was not appealing.

BEFORE: This guest bath was messy and lifeless.

AFTER: By giving the bathroom a sparkling scrub and adding whimsical decorations...we brought it to life!

BEFORE: The sellers had a colorful shower curtain, but it looked worn.

AFTER: By adding a new stylish shower curtain and small art piece..we created a much more desirable space.
