For sellers who prefer flexibility, MainStreet Staging & Design offers the option to defer staging payment until closing. This allows you to invest in an elevated presentation without upfront costs, while still delivering a polished, market-ready home from day one. The Pay-at-Close option is priced at a 25% premium, and payment is handled through the title company at settlement.
